Thank you for shopping at RizzCostumes.com! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that returns or exchanges may sometimes be necessary. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options in case you need to return an item.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving the item.
Please Read Before Returning
1. Please contact us before returning any items. We do not accept returned items that are sent back without prior authorization.
2. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. We only refund the price of the item(s); therefore, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Which Items Are Eligible for Return?
We accept returns on costume items within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items are eligible for a return if the following conditions are met:
1. Make sure the items are unused, not showing any signs of being worn or being washed;
2. Items must be in good condition and suitable for resale.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:
1. Custom-made costumes
2. Items that have been used, worn, or altered
Exchanges
1. We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please make sure to report any issues within 7 days of delivery if you wish to exchange.
2. Of course, we will cover the return shipping cost if the items are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return / Exchange Steps
1. Please email us at service@rizzcostumes.com for a return request. When we confirm your return is acceptable, we will send you the nearest warehouse address.
2. Please write down your order number on a clean piece of paper. Pack it together with the item(s) into the original packaging so that we can associate your return items with your order number when we receive your package.
3. Please send the package back using the local post service or regular mail service, and email us the tracking information once you have shipped the package.
4. Once we receive your return package, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Note: Rizz Costumes is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
